MEET THE LEADERSHIP TEAM
Cooperative Counseling Services (CCS) is a privately-owned Family Mental Health Care Company founded by Leslie Moorman in 2005. Leslie founded Cooperative Counseling Services to create mental health programs for children and families aligned with her vision for all children to reach their full potential. Leslie began CCS as an Intensive In-Community Provider within the Children's System of Care.

In 2010, Leslie's husband, John, left Corporate America to help manage CCS's growth and helped to develop more mental health therapy services for clients across New Jersey. CCS's first state-licensed outpatient mental health clinic for clients opened in Mountainside that year.

In 2021, CCS expanded its therapeutic services to include parents and caregivers. CCS has a talented team of professionals providing mental health services for the entire family. Our teams are well-trained, trauma-informed, and practice with cultural humility.
