Our Groups

TUESDAYS
7-8 PM

Parent Education Group

Parenting is more than a set of skills; it's a relationship. Learn how children grow and develop, which approaches fit your child's age, and the dynamics thatshape the bond between you and your child.

WEDNESDAYS
1-2 PM

Kinship Group

For grandparents and relatives raising children, whether for months or many years. Get support in the parenting role, understand how past experiences still shape your child, and navigate birth-parent relationships and boundaries.

THURSDAYS
7-8 PM

Fathers' Group

Fathers play a vital role in a child's sense of security, confidence and well-being. This group offers a safe, supportive space for men to talk openly about theunique challenges of fatherhood and learn from one another.

Good to Know

Virual

All groups meet online. Cameras must be on.

Intake

Required for new participants. Not needed for existing clients.

Cost

Billed to insurance, or $50 per session for private pay.

Start Date

Groups begin late October, depending on enrollment.
