As an IIC Provider, you will...

  • Have fun with the youth!! Youth learn the most when engaged in treatment with a consistent, energetic and compassionate provider.

  • Engage in a unique and exciting treatment model by working in the youth's home where you will witness family dynamics and progress firsthand!

  • Work collaboratively as a member of the treatment team to ensure a comprehensive wraparound model is used to meet the youth/family's needs.

  • Assess the youth's needs and use your knowledge to develop creative treatment plans that address areas for needed improvement.
